Back of House Team Member Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Back of House Team Member to support our kitchen operations and ensure a smooth, efficient workflow. This role involves food safety management, food production, and maintaining high sanitation standards. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to upholding safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist in food preparation and production to meet quality standards and customer expectations. Implement and follow food safety management protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations. Adhere to food safety sanitizing procedures to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment. Support the team in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the back of house area. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with front of house staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Qualifications Prior experience in food service or kitchen operations is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitizing procedures is highly desirable. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
