About us Dry Stack Coffee Co is an importer and roaster of some of the finest coffees in the world. Our cafe provides an excellent setting for guests to connect with one another while enjoying excellently prepared beverages and freshly made pastries. We have high expectations for ourselves and we are looking for a team member to help us meet them.

Duties:

• Work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team
• Greet customers and take orders
• Assist with food preparation
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries
• Clean and sanitize work areas, including bussing tables

Qualifications:

• Must be a "People Person"
• Ability to handle fast-paced environment and fulfill mutliple orders at once
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to manage 2-3 different tasks at once
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
• Barista skills are a plus, but not required. Training will be provided Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed. We are looking for a team member with open availability from 7:00 am
• 4:30 pm M-F.

Some Saturdays required.
