Manage food service customer orders with professionalism, ensuring quick turnaround times. Upsell menu items by engaging with customers to enhance their experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, including food prep areas, dining spaces, and kitchen equipment. Handle cash register operations, process cash and card transactions, and balance cash drawers at shift end. Support food safety management practices by following sanitation protocols and proper food handling procedures. Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous. Strong skills in food preparation, customer service, and food handling are essential. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and transaction processing. Experience operating kitchen equipment and supporting sanitation standards.
