Responsibilities Prepare a variety of sandwiches and related menu items according to established recipes and quality standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including toasters, slicers, grills, and food prep tools Manage customer orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring accuracy and timely service Handle cash register operations, process retail sales transactions, and process cash and card payments accurately Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace by adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols Assist in upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Ensure food handling procedures comply with health regulations, promoting a safe environment for both staff and guests Skills Proven experience in food preparation, quick service restaurants, or fast food environments Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for order management and cashiering Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely while maintaining a clean workspace Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and inventory management Previous retail or café experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential Join us in creating memorable dining experiences by preparing delicious sandwiches with enthusiasm!
