SoBol Duxbury is seeking café team members to join our incredible team. At SoBol, we are looking for self-motivated individuals to prepare and craft superfood bowls and smoothies, maintain high cleanliness standards, offer a variety of grab and go items, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Our cafe is currently open 7 days a week from 8am-4pm. We are offering $15/hr+ tips. Greet and assist guests with food orders Educate customers on product offerings Assemble acai bowls Blend smoothies and bowl blends Cut and prep fruit Operate POS system and maintain balanced cash register Ensure high level of cleanliness and orderliness of the café Present clean, neat and professional image Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation standards Support store opening and closing processes. Understand and demonstrate SoBol's culture - exhibiting friendly, courteous, and engaging demeanor; proactively support fellow SoBol team members Qualifications Must be 16+ years or older Must have some availability on Saturdays/Sundays Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to reach, bend, stoop, climb stairs and frequently lift up to 20 pounds Skills Qualifications Ability to maintain strong work ethic and positive mindset in fast paced environment Knowledge of food safety Commitment to sanitation and safety standards Ability to learn new skills and read directions Must demonstrate excellent attention to detail Must possess team player mindset Maintain positive attitude and friendly demeanor Good communication skills
