Food Service Associate Job Description:

Accountability:

Food Service Manager & Director of Retreat Ministries Articulate the mission, vision and values, serving as a representative of Pecometh's ministry in all instances, in both word and deed.

Food Prep & Service:

Assist in preparing food and serving meals from counters, steamtables, and catering setups. Qualifications & Requirements No prior work experience is typically required for entry-level roles. Ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights, and work in fast-paced environments. Reliability, adaptability, and strong teamwork skills

Station Setup:

Set up stations with entrées, soups, salads, and condiments; restock service areas as needed.

Sanitation:

Clean and sanitize dishware, kitchen equipment, and dining spaces.

Customer Service:

Provide a welcoming environment and ensure a positive guest dining experience. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence. Hours•Part-Time work•Required a min. 1 Weekend shift a week. Background check required.

Pay:

$15.00•$17.00 per hour
