Take ownership of guest concerns and involve a manager when necessary. Never make a guest feel like they are an inconvenience. We want every guest to leave feeling better about their visit than when they walked in. Front of House ResponsibilitiesGuest Service Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude. Take accurate orders and answer menu questions. Provide knowledgeable and helpful service. Ensure guests receive the correct food and beverages. Check on guests when appropriate and respond to requests promptly. Handle guest concerns professionally and respectfully. Thank guests and invite them to return. Register / POS Accurately enter guest orders into the POS system. Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods according to company procedures. Promote applicable rewards, promotions, and menu items. Communicate special requests and modifications clearly to the team. Dining Room Keep tables, chairs, floors, and guest areas clean and presentable. Keep the dining room, beverage station, and condiment areas stocked. Monitor the dining room and respond quickly when guests need assistance. Maintain clean and welcoming restrooms. Remove trash and maintain a clean environment throughout the shift. Food & Order Delivery Deliver completed orders accurately and promptly. Double-check orders before handing them to guests. Pay attention to special instructions and modifications. Communicate with the kitchen and other team members to resolve issues quickly. Teamwork Work together with FOH and BOH team members to provide excellent service. Communicate clearly and respectfully. Help teammates when your assigned responsibilities are complete. Step in wherever needed during busy periods. Must Be 18 years old or older

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
