Shifts:

6:30am - 3:00pm and 7:30am-4:00pm Open availability a plus (weekends may be required) 24-32 hours per week $15.50 starting base wage PLUS tips (additional $5-8 average on top of base wage)

Job Description:

All front of house team members will be cross-trained in each position in order to build a resilient team that can all work together. Customer Service -This position includes greeting customers, answering questions, taking orders, expediting orders, running the register, stocking pastries, cleaning food display and dining area. All team members work together to keep service area and kitchen clean, stocked and organized. Barista - This position includes running the espresso bar. This is a fast paced position that requires attention to detail, proficiency and understanding of operating the espresso equipment, and the ability to handle customer requests with a smile. Maintaining inventory for espresso bar which includes rotating stock, stocking dishes and to go containers as well as any ingredients needed to make drinks. Qualifications POS experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and order processing Familiarity with sanitation practices in a food service environment Barista experience is a plus but not required. The willingness to learn goes a long way .
