This position supports the daily care of the office, warehouse, common areas, and exterior entry spaces.

Work Schedule:

Part-time; scheduled hours may vary based on building and company needs. Position Responsibilities Clean and maintain office, warehouse, restroom, breakroom, and common areas. Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, sanitize surfaces, and empty trash and recycling. Restock restroom, cleaning, breakroom, and hospitality supplies as needed. Keep entrances, walkways, and shared spaces clean, orderly, and presentable. Identify and report maintenance concerns, damage, safety hazards, or supply needs. Perform light building-care tasks and assist with seasonal cleaning projects. Use cleaning products, tools, and equipment safely and according to instructions. Complete assigned tasks independently and communicate progress or concerns promptly. Skills and Qualifications Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently. Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, organized spaces. Basic knowledge of cleaning methods, products, and equipment. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and manage time effectively. Able to bend, reach, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 40 pounds. Able to use step ladders and basic cleaning equipment safely. Good communication skills and a willingness to report concerns promptly. Flexibility to assist with occasional special projects or changing priorities. Able to drive and have reliable transportation.

Pay:

$14.00 - $22.00 per hour
