The AT&TCustomer Representative shows them how bundling fiber with wireless can supercharge their connectivity and help them join the community of customers who've already made the switch. Responsibilities of the AT&T Team Member Introduce customers in person to an expanded portfolio of wireless and Quantum Fiber home internet solutions through sales consultations. Guide customers personally in comparing mobile connectivity and fiber internet options to recommend solutions that fit their communication needs. Present the combined value of wireless mobility and fiber connectivity in person, helping customers understand how both services complement one another. Assist customers with enrollments, account creation, and service selections while ensuring every sales interaction is accurate and customer-focused. Build lasting customer relationships by delivering consultative sales support across both mobile and residential connectivity solutions. Help drive team sales performance by providing exceptional customer experiences across multiple connectivity solutions. As an AT&T Team Member, you'll carry Quantum Fiber's fiber internet to customers who are ready for an upgrade. The AT&T Team Member also engages our customers in person, demonstrates clear value, and closes with the confidence of someone who knows their product is best-in-class. You'll also highlight the advantages of switching, and guide customers through plan options in simple terms. Qualifications of the AT&T Team Member A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required. Collaborative mindset that supports peers and managers in achieving sales goals. Comfortable in managing multiple customer interactions while meeting sales targets. Resilient in overcoming objections, turning challenges into positive service experiences.
