Duties Prepare fresh ingredients for salads, sides, and meal components according to established recipes and menu specifications Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety standards Assist in menu planning by preparing ingredients needed for daily offerings and special events Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality control throughout all stages of preparation Support the culinary team by slicing, dicing, chopping, and assembling ingredients with precision using knife skills and slicing techniques Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and effective communication during service hours Experience Food service or restaurant experience demonstrating familiarity with kitchen operations and customer service skills Knowledge of food safety management practices, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Skilled in operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Ability to communicate effectively with team members to coordinate meal prep and service tasks Culinary experience that includes knife skills, slicing techniques, and food industry knowledge is highly valued Join us in creating nutritious, appealing meals while honing your culinary talents!
