Job Summary Join our team as a Back of House Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing food, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, and supporting the overall food production process. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble menu items following standard and presentation guidelines. Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, toasters, steamers, and fryers efficiently and safely. Maintain strict food safety and sanitizing procedures to ensure a hygienic work environment. Assist with food handling, storage, and inventory management to minimize waste and ensure freshness. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely delivery of orders.
