Duties Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately following established recipes and safety standards Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing customer orders and transactions Manage food service customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, including kitchen equipment, dining areas, and service stations Upsell menu items to enhance sales opportunities while providing friendly customer service Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and give correct change using retail math skills Follow food safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Knowledge of food preparation, food safety management, and sanitation standards Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cashiering experience is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately Retail sales experience or grocery store background is advantageous but not mandatory Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift regularly throughout shifts Join us as a Fast Food Crew Member where your energy fuels our success!
