Positions Currently Available We may be hiring for the following crew positions: Restaurant Team Members Pizza Cooks and Pizza Makers Food Preparation Team Members Front Counter and Customer Service Team Members Kitchen and Back-of-House Team Members Both full-time and part-time opportunities may be available.

Compensation Estimated hourly earnings:

$17.00-$22.00 per hour, including tips Starting base pay is determined by the position, relevant experience, availability, and overall suitability for the role. Tip amounts may change depending on the shift and level of business. Work Schedule Scheduling is flexible and is based on employee availability and the operational needs of the restaurant.

Available shifts may include:

Morning food-preparation shifts Daytime shifts Evening shifts Shifts ranging from approximately 4 to 10 hours Tuesday through Sunday availability Ranger Joe's Pizza is closed on Mondays. Flexible scheduling for students may also be available. Position Responsibilities Specific responsibilities will depend on the employee's position, training, experience, and age-related eligibility.

Duties may include:

Preparing pizzas according to Ranger Joe's recipes and quality standards Preparing ingredients and maintaining organized food-storage areas Cutting, finishing, boxing, and organizing completed orders Taking customer orders in person and by telephone Accurately entering orders into the point-of-sale system Delivering courteous and helpful customer service Processing payments and completing basic cash transactions Cleaning and sanitizing workstations during each shift Operating approved restaurant and kitchen equipment after receiving proper training Supporting coworkers and maintaining efficient service during busy periods Following all food-safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and company procedures Ideal Candidate Successful team members will be: Reliable, punctual, and responsible Friendly, positive, and open to learning Comfortable working as part of a team Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced restaurant setting Clear and respectful communicators Capable of following recipes, instructions, and food-safety procedures Professional when interacting with customers and coworkers Comfortable using basic math when handling orders and payments Previous restaurant or pizza-making experience is beneficial, but it is not required.
