Job Description

Flathead Fresh Detailing is looking for an experienced Crew Lead to run jobs solo in the field — vehicles, boats, and RVs, all across the Flathead Valley. This isn't an entry-level wash job. We need someone who already knows the craft, can be trusted to represent the business on-site without supervision, and takes pride in the quality of their work. What you'll be doing: Running full-service detailing jobs solo — interior, exterior, and full-service packages on cars, trucks, suvs, etc. Operating independently at client locations and managing your own job from arrival to walkthrough. Using professional-grade equipment and products (extractor, shop vac, pressure washer) to deliver consistent, high-end results Representing FFD directly to clients — you're often the only face of the company they will see What we're looking for: 1+ years of hands-on detailing experience (auto, marine, or RV) Valid driver's license Own reliable transportation to get to and from job sites Able to lift equipment, stand for extended periods, and work outdoors in varying weather Self-motivated — comfortable working without someone standing over you Strong attention to detail and pride in the finished product

Note:

This job is seasonal, and work won't be garunteed throughout the entirety of winter for all members of staff, although we will have 1-2 positions still open and running for our highest quality technicians.

Pay:

$27.50 - $30.00 per hour
