POSITION OVERVIEW

We're looking for a dependable, motivated entry-level line cook or who wants to learn, work hard and become a strong part of our kitchen team. Experience is helpful, but attitude and willingness to learn matter more. What we need from you is a good attitude, reliability and attention to detail. You should be someone who can follow direction, stay productive, work well with others, and see what needs to be done without always having to be asked. This position will include prep work and training on our cold salad and hot pizza line stations as your skills develop.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Complete prep tasks accurately and consistently Learn and work the cold salad and hot pizza line, becoming cross trained in multiple stations Familiarize and memorize current menu and daily features Follow recipes, portioning, plating, and preparation standards Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized Help with daily kitchen prep and setup Work with the rest of the kitchen team during busy service Follow food safety and sanitation standards Properly clean and break down your station at the end of each shift Be willing to jump in and help where needed
