The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and food preparation, ensuring that every guest has a delightful experience. This role involves interacting with customers, taking orders, and assisting with food handling and preparation in a quick service setting. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the counter area, kitchen, and dining space. Handle cash transactions efficiently while ensuring accurate cash handling practices. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food handling. Experience Previous experience in food service or deli settings is preferred, particularly in quick service environments. Familiarity with POS systems (Toast) is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided. Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications are essential. A commitment to sanitation and food safety practices is required to maintain a clean work environment.
