What You'll Do As an Entry Level Team Member, you will receive hands-on training while supporting day-to-day customer and sales activities.

Your responsibilities may include:

Interacting with customers in a friendly, professional, and confident manner. Learning about products, services, and current promotions. Answering customer questions and providing helpful information as an Entry Level Team Member. Assisting with customer enrollment, account setup, and service-related requests. Supporting sales initiatives and helping the team reach performance goals. Building positive relationships with customers and creating a welcoming experience. Maintaining accurate customer information and completing required documentation. Participating in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities. Working collaboratively with team members to improve customer satisfaction and overall results. Representing the business professionally during every customer interaction. Key Requirements We are looking for someone who: Has a high school diploma or equivalent. Has strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Is comfortable speaking with customers and learning new information. Demonstrates a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Is dependable, organized, and professional. Is motivated by personal and team goals. Can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
