As an Ice Cream Scooper and Toy Enthusiast, you will be responsible for serving delicious ice cream treats while providing exceptional customer service. Duties Serve ice cream and other frozen desserts to customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude. Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety standards. Operate the Square POS system efficiently for order processing and payment handling. Engage with customers to promote menu items, upsell products, and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, including scooping stations and dining areas. Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures. Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and reporting shortages. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations throughout all food preparation processes. Requirements Previous experience in food service is preferred, but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash accurately. Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
