Job Description

We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and motivated team member to join our team at Tropical Smoothie Cafe!

Schedule:

Monday-Friday Typical shifts are scheduled between 12:00 PM and 9:00 PM, with most shifts covering the afternoon and evening. Weekend availability is a plus Additional hours may be available for team members who are able to help cover shifts when needed.

Starting Pay:

$17.00/hour Pay increases to $18.00/hour after successfully completing training and demonstrating the ability to independently prepare both smoothies and food.

Responsibilities:

Prepare smoothies and food Provide excellent customer service Operate the POS system Maintain a clean work environment Restock products and supplies

Qualifications:

Reliable and punctual Friendly and willing to learn Food service experience is a plus, but not required. Paid training provided. Applicants with consistent long-term availability are preferred. If you enjoy working with people and are looking for a stable ling-term position we'd love to meet you!
