Job Description:

Join our team at Dunkin', owned and operated by White Management. We're looking for energetic, dependable individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and delivering great customer service. As a Crew Member, you'll help create a welcoming experience while preparing our signature coffee, beverages, and food items.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests and take orders accurately Prepare food and beverages to Dunkin' standards Operate cash register and handle payments Maintain a clean and organized workspace Restock supplies and follow food safety standards Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly

Qualifications:

Must be at least 16 years old Friendly, positive attitude with good communication skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Flexible availability (Weekends a must) Food service experience is a plus, but not required—training provided
