Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Deli Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality deli products. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met while delivering an enjoyable experience for our customers. Responsibilities Prepare and serve deli items, including meats, cheeses, and sandwiches, in accordance with food safety guidelines. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, including upselling and promoting daily specials. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli area, ensuring compliance with sanitation standards. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages to management. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Follow all food handling procedures to maintain quality and safety of products served. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or a quick service & fast food restaurant is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices is essential. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated when needed.
