Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and freshness. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing credit card payments. Greet customers warmly, take their orders efficiently, and upsell menu items to enhance sales opportunities. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace, including food prep areas, dining spaces, and equipment. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, grills, coffee machines, and other food preparation tools. Manage food service customer orders with precision, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Follow food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests. Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Experience in food preparation, cashiering, or retail sales transactions will be advantageous. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks during busy morning hours. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting. Basic math skills for cash register operations and transaction processing are essential.
