We are looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, hardworking individual to join our Snow Division for the upcoming winter season.

Open Position:

Snow Division Crew Member As a member of our Snow Division, you will play an important role in keeping our clients' properties safe, accessible, and well maintained throughout the winter season. Responsibilities Operate snow removal and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently Drive company trucks and trailers Perform snow plowing, snow removal, and winter property maintenance Work long shifts during snow and winter weather events Be available on call throughout the winter season Maintain equipment and report any mechanical or operational issues Work effectively as part of a team Maintain a professional, positive, and respectful attitude Follow all company safety procedures and expectations Qualifications Valid New York State Driver's License required Excellent driving record required Previous experience operating heavy equipment required Experience with snow removal, plowing, loaders, skid steers, or similar equipment is preferred Reliable transportation to and from our Slingerlands, NY service area Must live within approximately 15 miles of Slingerlands, NY Must be dependable and available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts when weather conditions require Must be able to work outdoors in winter weather conditions Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Winter Season Our typical snow season runs from approximately November 1st through March 31st. Snow removal is weather-dependent, so employees should expect to be on call throughout the entire winter season and available to work extended shifts when significant storms occur. This position requires flexibility and reliability. Snow events can happen at any time, including overnight, early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Our Work Environment Becker's Property Maintenance is a 100% non-smoking company. We take great pride in maintaining a healthy, professional, and respectful work environment. No exceptions. All employees are required to maintain a valid driver's license and an excellent driving record throughout their employment. Compensation & Opportunity Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications. For the right candidate, there may be an opportunity to continue with Becker's Property Maintenance in a full-time capacity after the winter season.
