In this position, you'll work closely with fellow team members to assist customers and ensure our Kinetic Fiber campaigns run efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people, taking initiative, and learning the fundamentals of customer support and customer enrollment. While our team represents Kinetic Fiber services, this role is designed for someone who wants to build experience in customer support, enrollment and team coordination. Responsibilities of the Full Time Team Member Assist with the day-to-day coordination and support of the sales team and office operations.. Participate in leadership meetings and contribute ideas to improve team performance and operational efficiency. Assist in resolving customer concerns and ensuring a positive customer experience. Help oversee customer enrollments, account accuracy, and installation coordination. Learn the fundamentals of customer support and customer enrollment through hands-on training. Lead by example by maintaining a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality. Qualifications of the Full Time Team Member High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Desire to develop customer support abilities. Organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
