Sanitation Worker Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize production areas, equipment, and machinery according to established protocols and standards (SSOPs)
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment for cleaning purposes
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while performing sanitation tasks
• Properly handle and dispose of waste materials in accordance with company guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective sanitation processes
• Adhere to all sanitation and hygiene regulations set by health authorities

Skills:

• Attention to detail: Ability to thoroughly clean and sanitize equipment, surfaces, and production areas to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
• Time management: Efficiently complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes while maintaining quality standards
• Physical stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working in various temperatures

• Teamwork:

  Willingness to work collaboratively with team members to achieve common sanitation goals

Effective verbal communication skills to report any issues or concerns to supervisors

Previous experience in a sanitation or cleaning role is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
