Job Summary:

The Crew Member is responsible for providing excellent customer service to Dunkin' guests, preparing food and beverages, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and following all Dunkin' operational policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities and Skills Required:

Provide excellent customer service to Dunkin' guests Prepare food and beverages according to Dunkin' standards Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow all Dunkin' operational policies and procedures Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Must be at least 15 years old
