We are looking for a trustworthy, energetic, and detail-oriented Shift Leader to join our close-knit team. Schedule & Hours Part-Time:

Averaging 15-30 hours per week.

Specific Weekly Shifts:

Mondays:

9:15 AM•2:00

PM Tuesdays:

9:15 AM•5:00

PM Wednesdays:

9:15 AM•2:00 PM (Winter season) Friday Nights & Saturdays (Weekend availability is a major plus•you can bring your child!)

Seasonal Boost:

Want more hours? Additional shifts (Party Hosting & Barn Hand roles) are readily available during the busy winter season! What You'll Do (Responsibilities) As a Shift Leader, you are the heartbeat of the play floor during your shift!

Your day-to-day will include:

Opening & Closing:

Confidently opening the facility for morning fun or wrapping up and securing the barn at the end of the day.

Register & Guest Service:

Running the front desk, checking in families with a warm welcome, and answering customer questions.

Play Floor Care & Sanitization:

Keeping the play spaces safe, tidy, and continuously sanitized throughout your shift to maintain a sparkling-clean environment.

Shift Leadership:

Overseeing daily operations on your shift, guiding on-duty team members, and ensuring a smooth, magical experience for every guest.

What We're Looking For Reliable & Punctual:

Dependability and trustworthiness are an absolute must.

Active & Hands-On:

Comfortable staying on your feet in a fast-paced environment and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Friendly & Upbeat:

Enjoy interacting with children and families and bringing positive energy to work.

Detail-Oriented:

Strong time-management skills with a natural pride in keeping spaces clean and organized.

Experience:

Previous retail/register experience or light leadership/supervisory background is a strong plus, but a great work ethic matters most! Why Join Us?
