Shift Supervisor Job Summary:

We are seeking friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Front of House team in a vibrant café/restaurant atmosphere. As a FOH team member, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome, a smooth dining experience, and top-tier customer service from entry to exit.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and wait on guests in a timely and friendly manner Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Deliver food and beverages promptly with attention to presentation and order accuracy Handle payments and operate the POS system Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area (tables, counters, restrooms, etc.) Communicate with kitchen and back-of-house staff to ensure smooth service Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve any concerns quickly and professionally Uphold health and safety standards, including food handling and hygiene protocols Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure Punctual, reliable, and a team player Basic math skills for handling cash/card transactions Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
