Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take and process food and beverage orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring presentation standards are met Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the service area Uphold food safety sanitizing procedures and ensure compliance with health regulations Handle cash transactions accurately and manage processing of payments and tips Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables, cleaning surfaces, and resetting for new guests Support catering and banquet events by setting up, serving, and cleaning up as required Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and storage organization Demonstrate knowledge of menu items, including dietary accommodations Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitizing procedures Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Experience with POS systems and processing cash transactions accurately Basic math skills for handling payments Ability to lift weight safely in accordance with manual handling guidelines Excellent communication skills in-person with guests and team members Hospitality or food industry experience is highly valued; barista or catering experience is a bonus Join us to be part of a lively team where your enthusiasm makes a difference!
