Imagine getting paid to work at a place where people come to smash things, throw axes, splatter paint, celebrate birthdays, and have an absolute blast. Welcome to iSmash Addison! We're looking for energetic, friendly, dependable people to join our Smash Crew as Guest Experience Team Members.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Depending on your role and the needs of the business, you may: Welcome guests and provide outstanding customer service Check guests in and explain their experiences Help guests get set up safely Supervise smash rooms, splatter paint experiences, and axe throwing Help with birthday parties and group events Answer guest questions Help create a fun and memorable experience Keep rooms clean, safe, and ready for the next guests Reset rooms between groups Restock supplies Help with behind-the-scenes operational tasks Move and handle items that require lifting Assist with facility cleanup and organization Work with teammates to keep the operation running smoothly Follow all safety procedures and company policies
WHO WE WANT
We're looking for people who are: Friendly and outgoing Energetic Reliable Responsible Great with people Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Team players Willing to get their hands dirty Comfortable lifting and moving items Able to follow safety instructions Available for evenings and/or weekends
EXPERIENCE
Customer service, retail, restaurant, hospitality, entertainment, or similar experience is a plus. But experience isn't everything. If you have a great attitude, show up when you're supposed to, work hard, and know how to treat people, we want to meet you!
