In this role, you'll be the friendly face and efficient organizer behind our to-go orders, ensuring our guests receive their meals quickly, accurately, and with a smile. Your main goal will be to provide seamless guest experiences through excellent service and organization, making sure every takeout order is handled with care and professionalism. Duties Manage incoming to-go orders via phone, online platforms, and in-person requests with a warm and professional attitude. Use restaurant table management systems and POS (Point of Sale) systems like Toast POS to process orders accurately. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders while maintaining food safety standards. Communicate clearly with guests regarding order details, wait times, and special requests using proper phone etiquette. Organize and manage to-go order pickups efficiently, ensuring all orders are correct and ready on time. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go station, including proper storage of food items and packaging supplies. Support overall guest relations by providing excellent customer service, addressing questions or concerns promptly, and fostering a welcoming environment. Experience Previous experience in restaurant reservation management or host/hostess roles is a plus but not required. Food service experience or hospitality background will help you excel in managing guest interactions smoothly. Familiarity with restaurant table management systems and POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous. Strong organizational skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours. Good communication skills for effective phone conversations and guest interactions. Basic math skills for handling payments and order calculations accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices ensures all orders are prepared and served following health standards.
