Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately using the Aloha POS system. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards while maintaining kitchen cleanliness. Assist in managing inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Engage with customers to promote menu items and special offers. Requirements Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Familiarity with kitchen operations or culinary practices is a plus. Experience with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
