Part time & Full time. The Kent Companies is hiring Team Members at Baskin-Robbins! A Baskin Robbins team member is the tie between Baskin Robbins and the public, representing the company as well as the store. Team members are responsible for presenting a clean and attractive store to each and every Guest who visits the store. The store's image and identity are tied with the team member's performance of their duties.

PRODUCT PREPERATION

The team member will scoop cones, hand-pack ice cream, prepare fountain items and perform basic dessert duties as assigned.

GUEST SERVICE

The team member will be courteous, knowledgeable and helpful with all Guests. They will be able to handle cash transactions accurately. The emphasis is on genuine concern for making the Guest happy.

CLEANING AND STOCKING

The location must be kept clean and stocked at all times. Each team member is responsible for continuously cleaning during all shifts as well as at closing time.

SALES ABILITY

The team member will display a working knowledge of all Baskin-Robbins products and promotions, and will use this knowledge to increase their sales average. A taste spoon will be offered to each Guest.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Must be able to stand and walk up to 10 (ten) hours daily performing the functions as described above; must be able to lift up to 50 (fifty) pounds; must be able to climb ladders and step stools; must be able to bend, twist and reach to perform the functions described above; must have corrected vision to be able to read a cash register; must be able to work around various orders, dust and mist as well as stock a refrigerated vault; must be long tempered and slow to anger; must be able to remain calm when dealing with customers who may be abusive or threatening; must be able to identify safety hazards and correct them when necessary.
