Position Overview MyFlight Tours is seeking a dedicated Helicopter Flight Line Crew Member to help ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for our passengers. This role is an important part of our day-to-day operations and supports passenger coordination, helicopter ground operations, and safety procedures. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Greet passengers with a warm, professional, and welcoming attitude. Assist with passenger check-in, tour verification, and pre-flight coordination. Ensure passengers are booked on the correct tour and flight package. Clearly explain safety procedures, flight rules, and boarding expectations before each flight. Safely escort passengers to and from the helicopter. Assist passengers in and out of the helicopter while following all safety procedures. Communicate with pilots and ground staff to help maintain smooth operations and on-time departures. Fuel helicopters and complete basic ground support tasks as needed. Prepare the location for daily operations, including setting up signage, maintaining cleanliness, and opening the ticket booth. Help maintain a professional, organized, and safe environment for guests and staff. Qualifications & Skills Strong people skills and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working around helicopters and following aviation safety procedures. Reliable, professional, and able to take initiative. Strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve in real-time situations. Prior experience in aviation, tourism, hospitality, or customer service is a plus, but not required. Additional Requirements Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to lift and carry light equipment as needed. Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required by the flight schedule.
