From fresh-caught seafood to wood-fired specialties, every dish and pint reflects our commitment to quality, tradition, and community. Duties and Responsibilities will include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1. Milling/Malt Moving 2. Keg Washing/Growler Washing 3. Keg/Growler Filling 4. Parts Cleaning 5. Cellar Cleaning 6. General Brewery Cleaning and Maintenance 7. Hot Liquor Tank Operation 8. Brewery Representation at Beer Festivals 9. Follows all quality control/environmental hygiene standards 10. Follows all safety procedures 11. Maintains a clean and proper fit uniform 12. Brewery security 13. Driving to run errands
