Requirements to qualify for the

Manager and Beer Buyer Positions:

The position(s) are for our Ballpark location located next to Coors Field in downtown Denver. To qualify for manager you must have management or other leadership experience. Beer buyers must be knowledgeable about all aspects of beer, cider, seltzers and related products. The ideal candidate will be able to fill both positions and have management experience as well as previous experience as a buyer, in a brewery, or beverage distribution. For someone with management experience and strong beverage knowledge, we are willing to train to fill the role as buyer. Managers must be able to handle challenging people and situations issues in a calm and confident manner focusing on de-escalation and safety. The MOD is also responsible for handling loss prevention issues.

We uphold a strong emphasis on hospitality & customer service. You must consider yourself personable and enjoy working with customers and coworkers from all demographics. A positive attitude, great work ethic, excellent communication skills, professional appearance, and a desire to learn is a must.

You must have a fairly open and flexible schedule. There will be some day shifts for working with distributors and managing the beer program but many shifts will include weeknights and weekends. You MUST be available nights and most weekend shifts to be considered for the position. Our managers have a balanced schedule that averages 42 hours per week. Most shifts are 7-10 hours but the schedule will include some double shifts of up to 12 hours on a weekly basis.

Restaurant Managers, Beverage Directors, Bartenders, Brewery Staff and candidates with relevant hospitality and beverage industry experience are highly encouraged to apply.

Salary range listed is based on experience and knowledge.
