3017384196-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Anheuser-Busch is seeking a Utility Process Operator to support brewery operations by running and monitoring utilities such as steam, compressed air, refrigeration, and water systems. In this on-site role, you'll perform start-up, shutdown, and routine inspections, adjust process parameters, and respond quickly to alarms to keep production running safely and efficiently. You'll complete basic maintenance, document performance data, follow strict safety and quality procedures, and partner with maintenance and brewing teams to solve issues and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, heritage-driven environment. Responsibilities Operate and monitor steam, compressed air, refrigeration, water, and wastewater systems to support brewery production Perform routine rounds, inspections, and adjustments to maintain stable, efficient utility operations Respond to alarms and equipment issues, troubleshooting and escalating as needed Execute basic preventive maintenance and support maintenance teams during repairs Record operating data, complete logs, and report deviations from standard conditions Follow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures and support a strong safety culture Collaborate with brewing, packaging, and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and support production goals Identify and recommend improvements to utility reliability, efficiency, and process control Required Skills Utility system operation Industrial controls/SCADABoiler operations Chiller/refrigeration systems Water and wastewater treatment Preventive maintenance Process troubleshooting Safety and OSHA compliance Data logging and reporting Basic PLC/HMI familiarity
