Part-Time / Full-Time / Flexible About Us LaNoue DuBois Winery is all about great wine, incredible mountain views, and unforgettable experiences. We're looking for outgoing, energetic people who love working with others and want to be part of a fun, hands-on, fast-paced environment. Position Overview As a Wine Ambassador, both in the tasting room and out in the community, you're the face of the winery—creating a welcoming, engaging, and memorable experience for every guest. From pouring wine and sharing our story to prepping delicious bites and helping with events, you'll play a part in bringing the full winery experience to life. And if you're interested in learning more about what happens behind the wine , there may also be opportunities to get your hands dirty in the vineyard and learn more about the winemaking process! What You'll Do Welcome guests and create a fun, relaxed atmosphere Guide wine tastings and share knowledge about our wines Prepare and serve light food items, including paninis, pizzas, charcuterie boards, and other tasting room bites Process sales through our POS system Keep the tasting room, food prep areas, and guest spaces clean, stocked, and inviting Restock wine, food items, and retail products Assist with events, live music days, private parties, and special promotions Represent the winery at wine festivals and off-site events across the state (optional opportunities) Work as part of a team and jump in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly
Optional:
For those interested, opportunities may be available to learn and assist with vineyard work, harvest, grape processing, bottling, and other parts of the winemaking process What We're Looking For A friendly, outgoing personality—you genuinely enjoy talking to people Strong customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn about wine— no wine experience necessary; we'll teach you! Comfortable with basic food prep and kitchen cleanliness standards A team-player mentality and willingness to help wherever needed Must be available weekends and occasional evenings An interest in wine, hospitality, food, events, or agriculture is a plus! Pay:
From $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 30.0 per week
