Responsibilities Including but not limited to: Operating AND maintaining ALL brewing & cellaring equipment Reports directly to the Lead Brewer Wort Production Mixing alternative beverages

RTDs / THC Infused products Dry Hopping Product Transfers Tracking cellar data Keeping all equipment in excellent condition CIPing of all cellar & brewhouse equipment Checking carbonation of finished product before packaging Maintaining a clean workspace Experience A minimum of 1 year brewing on a 10bbl
20bbl system. Understanding basic brewing science & techniques A minimum of 1 year working in a fast paced production brewery. Basic computer skills/knowledge
Excel, Google Suite, Proficient in emailing Ideal Candidate will possess the following: An interest in personal and professional growth.

A focus on safety, cleanliness, and quality. Able to lift 55 lbs repeatedly and maneuver 165 lbs. Able to work a flexible schedule between the hours of 6am & 6pm. Able to work on your feet for extended periods of time. Able to communicate effectively within a team through verbal and written communication An interest in producing high quality craft beverages and having fun while doing it! This is a full-time (40 hours /week) salaried position, Monday

Friday. We offer a competitive salary ($45,000
