This is not your conventional 9-to-5 desk job. We are a high-end culinary and business operation looking for a highly adaptable, hands-on professional to serve as the "right-hand" to our Executive team. If you are a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment, wants to learn the premium hospitality business from the ground up, and doesn't mind rolling up your sleeves, this is your stage. You will be exposed to every facet of our operations—from the precision of Asian fine dining preparation to executive logistics and facility management.
Core Responsibilities:
Culinary & Catering Operations:
Assist in kitchen workflows (including basic dim sum and sushi prep), participate in recipe tastings, and provide on-site operational support for high-end catering and VIP Chef's Table events.
Executive & Personal Support:
Act as a reliable personal assistant to the executive, ensuring smooth daily operations. Serve as an attendant during premium events and act as a private driver for executive travel when required.
Logistics & Facility Maintenance:
Manage the "last-mile" delivery of premium ingredients/supplies and handle basic, day-to-day facility maintenance and troubleshooting.
Our Transparent Progression & Salary Plan:
We believe in rewarding rapid growth. Your compensation will scale as you master our operations: Phase 1 (Months 1-2) - $800/week: Focus on mastering logistics, safe driving, basic kitchen workflows, and facility checks. Phase 2 (Months 3-6) - $900/week: Capable of independent catering support, proficient in standardized prep work, and proactively anticipating executive PA needs. Phase 3 (Month 6 & Beyond) - $1,000/week: Functioning as a fully integrated operational "Special Ops," acting as a seamless bridge between front-of-house VIP events and back-of-house precision.
Premium Event Bonuses:
Additional performance bonuses provided for flawless execution during exclusive VIP and weekend events.
What We Are Looking For:
A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (Crucial). A high degree of discretion, loyalty, and confidentiality. A "no task is too small" attitude with a strong sense of urgency. Basic mechanical/maintenance common sense is a huge plus. Previous experience in hospitality, culinary arts, or military service is highly valued but not strictly required if you have the right attitude.
To Apply:
Please submit your resume and a brief sentence on why you excel in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
