This energetic position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment dedicated to crafting high-quality craft beers. You will be responsible for supporting production activities, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will contribute directly to our mission of delivering exceptional products to our customers. Duties Packing and stacking cases off the end of the can line Assist in pulling and packing order is the warehouse Perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting, stacking, and organizing inventory with precision and care Assist in the sanitation process by cleaning equipment, storage areas, and production zones in compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards Support brewing and packaging operations by preparing ingredients, loading raw materials, and ensuring proper storage conditions Conduct routine inspections of warehouse equipment, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime Maintain accurate inventory records using basic math skills for counting, recording, and verifying stock levels Follow strict safety protocols for chemical handling, industrial cleaning agents, and operating machinery in a food & beverage production environment Skills A positive attitude and a love for craft beer! Proven experience in warehouse operations within a food or beverage manufacturing facility Ability to lift up to 55 pounds repeatedly and maneuver 160 lbs. kegs (with team members or vacuum lift) as needed Must be able to twist/turn, bend, reach over shoulders and stand/walk on a continual basis Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues quickly and efficiently Familiarity with brewing processes, packaging systems, and beverage manufacturing workflows Excellent manual dexterity combined with basic math skills for inventory management and quality control checks Knowledge of safety standards specific to food & beverage production environments, including chemical handling and industrial safety practices Team-oriented mindset with leadership capabilities to support collaborative efforts on the warehouse floor Join us in creating exceptional craft beers while ensuring operational excellence!
