Job Description

Shift:
2:30 PM-11:00
PM Hourly Rate:
$23.56 an hour + $1.00 shift differential Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you will operate forming and fryer equipment to support safe, efficient, and high‑quality food production in the Hagerstown manufacturing facility. You will play a key role in meeting production goals by monitoring processes, maintaining product quality, and following all safety and food standards in a fast‑paced, onsite manufacturing environment. A Taste of Your Responsibilities You will operate, monitor, and adjust forming and fryer equipment to meet production and quality standards. You will follow standard operating procedures, food safety requirements, and plant safety policies at all times. You will monitor product quality and process conditions, making adjustments and escalating issues as needed. You will complete required documentation related to production, quality checks, and equipment operation. You will support sanitation, startup, changeover, and shutdown activities for assigned equipment. You will work collaboratively with team members, maintenance, and leadership to support continuous improvement. Ingredients Required for Your Success High school diploma or GED. Manufacturing or food production experience preferred. Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with production equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and quality standards. Willingness to work in an onsite manufacturing environment and follow all safety expectations. Physical Requirements More information on the essential tasks and facility will be shared during the hiring process. Please be aware that in a manufacturing environment, the noise levels can be high and the temperatures may vary. Depending on the role, physical and environmental requirements can differ but include: Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time. Performing consistent repetitive tasks. Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
