We are seeking knowledgeable and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Part-Time Wine Vibe Consultants. If you're ready to create memorable experiences for our guests and deliver exceptional customer service in our tasting room, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Welcome every guest with a warm, friendly, and professional greeting to create an exceptional first impression. Conduct engaging and informative wine tasting experiences for customers in our tasting room. Educate guests about various wines, including tasting notes, regions, and production methods. Provide personalized recommendations based on individual preferences and taste profiles. Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring every guest has a seamless, enjoyable, and memorable experience that encourages them to return. Actively promote and sell wines through upselling, bottle sales, and Wine Club memberships. Represent our brand professionally and uphold our commitment to quality and exceptional customer service.

Profile:

Demonstrated expertise in wine, including knowledge of different varietals, vintages, and wine regions. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences. Previous experience in wine education, hospitality, retail, food and beverage, or related fields is preferred. Professional demeanor and passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Strong sales skills with the ability to confidently recommend wines, encourage bottle purchases, and promote Wine Club memberships. Must reside in Maryland or Washington, DC. Must be available to work most evenings and weekends.
