Job Description

Valley Queen Cheese Factory is seeking a Cheese Plant Operator to support our Manufacturing & Production team in a modern dairy processing facility. In this hands-on role, you will operate and monitor cheese-making and related process equipment, follow recipes and SOPs, and perform quality checks to ensure safe, consistent, American-style cheeses and dairy ingredients. Responsibilities include equipment operation, basic troubleshooting, sanitation support, accurate recordkeeping, and adherence to safety and food-safety standards.
