SUMMER LAKES BOAT

HOUSE, a new food and beverage destination at the MN State Fair this year in 2026! Our new location will offer a full food menu, delicious cocktails, craft beers and a live entertainment stage with performances daily! This position will work August 27 - September 7, 2026! Get in on the fun and join our team as a Keg Room Operator! As a Keg Room Operator, you will be watching all of our kegs of beer, cocktail mix and seltzer. If one of them runs out, you change them out and reset / maintain the beverage dispensing system. Very simple, but very important! Responsibilities Set up keg room, check the kegs, remove empty kegs and stock full kegs using a lift. Keep the keg room clean and organized throughout the day Accurately follow documented standard operating procedures, preparation techniques and sanitation practices to ensure product integrity and safety. Skills Proven experience in hospitality with a foccus on quality and safety Excellent communication and organizational skills.
