You will be actively involved in all stages of food processing, packaging, and quality assurance, ensuring compliance with strict industry standards and regulations. Responsibilities Operate food processing equipment efficiently while adhering to FDA regulations, HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards. Assist in preparing ingredients and assembling products according to specified recipes and quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, following sanitation protocols to ensure food safety. Monitor production lines for quality assurance, identifying any deviations from quality standards in the manufacturing process. Pack finished products securely while ensuring proper labeling and packaging procedures are followed. Document production data accurately using SAP or similar manufacturing management systems, including batch records and quality checks. Follow all safety standards in production, including proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and safe operation of machinery. Experience Previous experience working in a food processing plant or manufacturing environment is highly preferred. Knowledge of food safety management practices such as HACCP, GMP, and sanitation protocols is essential. Familiarity with FDA regulations, regulatory/legal compliance standards, and quality standards in production is advantageous. Basic math skills for measuring ingredients, calculating yields, or adjusting production quantities are necessary. Experience managing or supporting production teams or assembly lines demonstrates strong managerial communication skills. Proven ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining high safety standards in a fast-paced setting. Background in food & beverage production or related industries will help ensure success in maintaining continuous improvement initiatives.
