• Managing high-volume service with efficiency and grace, even during our busiest times.
• Supporting and executing events that showcase our craft brews and culinary offerings.
• Collaborating with our team to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the taproom.

What We're Looking For:

Skills & Qualifications To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or a similar role.
• A hospitality-forward mindset with a passion for wowing guests.
• A strong work ethic and the ability to excel in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine love for craft beer and great food (bonus points if you're already a fan of our cheddar ale soup!
