NW Industrial Staffing is currently seeking individuals for a•Food Processing/Packaging/Production•position on a Day Shift (Mon-Thu) for a 10-hour a day for a food packaging facility near Junction City. This would be a great fit for people who have previously worked in restaurants or other food service establishments looking for stability and consistency in their day-to-day schedule with established hours, great benefits and a three day weekend.

What we are seeking:

At least 6 months of experience in food production, food manufacturing, or a food service environment. Strong basic math and measurement skills for accurately preparing and mixing batches. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail to ensure products are packaged accurately and meet quality standards. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of sanitation and food safety procedures in a sterile production environment. Ability to regularly lift 25-50 pounds . Ability to stand, bend, stoop, push, and pull throughout a 10-hour shift. Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
