Full Job Description Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day to day pub operations including shift management, team management, customer engagement, and end of day closing procedures.
  • Manage a team of pub employees, ensuring they follow standard operating procedures and work together cohesively.
  • Create weekly schedules for pub employees and handle supply ordering for our week to week operating needs.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager on long term goals for the pub. Work together to make sure all aspects of pub function are met.
  • Bring a positive attitude to the workplace that drives your team to provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable health and PLCB regulations.
  • Complete monthly inventory reports for merchandise and beer in the pub.
  • Assist with event planning for large company festivals with the General Manager.
Requirements:
  • Previous restaurant or brewery experience is required.
  • Experience in Management is required.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Knowledge of craft beer is preferred.
  • Ability to interview, hire, train, and manage staff effectively.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bartending experience or knowledge of beer styles and flavors is desirable.
Base pay is a starting point. Pay has opportunity to increase after annual performance reviews.
